My car was supposedly “detailed” however the scratches are still there, what can I do?
I had my car’s exterior detailed for almost $200 and they told me they could buffer out the scratches; however they are still there. It looks to me like they only washed my car and there is some kind of shine substance they put on it. Any suggestions???
Detailing is only cleaning and polishing the car, not doing any kind of repair work to the paint. They may have tried to buff out surface scratches, but if the the scratches are down to the metal thier is nothing they or you can do, other then get the damaged panals repainted by a professional.
