Would you use a Car Wash service that came to your work and detailed your car onsite while you work?
Hi, I am looking to start a mobile auto detailing company where we detail customer’s cars at their work locations (where they park their car). Our operations are fully contained with water etc. Would you be interested in a service like this that would come and detail your car where you usually park while you work? We would be charging more for the convenience and higher quality service. For example our main service would be either a “Full hand Wash & Interior Vacuum”… or a “Full hand wash & wax” (for about $28.95). A regular car wash would charge about $15-20 and doesn’t do the job by hand and you have to go there. We also would not being doing the daily volume that machine car wash locations do so would have to charge more. How often would you use a service like this? Your feedback is greatly appreciated!!
I work near the capitol building in Sacramento where we have
thousands of state employees and the legislature members parked all day. The biggest problem I see is the access to the
interior of the car and water drainage. If you are bonded and
can get people to leave you their keys so you can move the car
to an area with drainage, you may have a market. Meanwhile,
why don’t you offer an “outside wash” for those who want to
clean the exterior ? You can bill them online .
