Whats was the differance between a ’71 Chevy Nova and a ’71 Chevy Nova SS?
I’d like to buy one, no earlier than ’69 and no later than ’73.
I don’t know too much about muscle cars but really like the Nova. I want to buy a cheap one for under $3000 so I know I’m going to have to rebuild a lot of stuff probably. How does someone restore a car like that? What type of body shop can I take it to? How will those parts be made if the car is so old?
The market for that car is very hot right now. I have a 70 Nova SS. In my shop right now the customer just bought it. It has been restored and he wanted it checked out before driving it. The price of the car 29,000.00 . The diff. in the two. The SS “Super Sport” had all of the performance options on it. Better and more horse power engine, posi-rear end ,gauge package and sportier int. pkg. There are several on line parts stores for restoration parts.
