Car was passed down to me. Now what?
My Grandpa died in November and left me with his vintage 1963 VW Beetle. I have the pink slip, bill of sale, and affidavit of non-use all filled out. What do I do with those? Do I mail them to DMV all at the same time or do I have to do it seperately?
I live in California if that helps.
Don’t mail them anywhere. Hand carry them with proof of insurance (if you’re going to drive it) to the DMV. Don’t ever trust mailing them!
