how long does a commercial foreclosure party have to get his things out of the building?
I have a multi-unit apartment building that is being foreclosed. The building has a parking garage with some older cars. Once car is vintage and has value. Assuming the foreclosure sale takes place and I lose the building, how long will I have to get my stuff out, including the old cars. I’m assuming that if I don’t get my stuff out within a certain amount of time, I lose it. Please advise. This is in California.
why not just get it out now and avoid the drama?
